Minergy Power Corporation (MPC) and HDM-RES Energy Development Corporation Sign Electricity Purchase Agreement

On February 7, 2025, Minergy Power Corporation (MPC) and HDM-RES Energy Development Corporation formalized a power supply agreement at MPC’s Boardroom in Mandangoa, Balingasag, Misamis Oriental. Under the contract, Zamboanga del Sur-based HDM-RES will purchase electricity from MPC, marking the start of a strategic partnership in the energy sector.

The event began with a plant profile presentation by MPC’s Community Relations Officer, followed by a Q&A session to clarify technical and contractual details. The agreement was signed by HDM-RES Chairman and President Rodulfo D. Hilot and other key executives, alongside MPC’s Board members Jose Ignacio Carlos and Dennis Baclor. Also present were MPC’s station managers and department heads.

Following the signing, the HDM-RES team toured the MPC plant, gaining firsthand insight into its operations and sustainability practices.
