Medical Staff

As a Medical Staff, part of your role is to:

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations;
  • Securing, maintaining, and developing all records, equipment, and programs related to occupational health services;
  • Evaluating and treating injuries and illnesses efficiently and professionally within the scope of nursing practice and in accordance with clinical guidelines;
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of injury prevention measures and health surveillance programs related to actual and potential workplace hazards.

What we are looking for:

  • Registered Nurse (RN), preferably with certifications in First Aid, BLS-CPR, BOSH, and OHNAP;
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience as a medical staff member, including a minimum of one (1) year in a manufacturing plant, power plant, or construction industry;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare accurate reports and documentation;
  • Knowledgeable in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards, environmental regulations, and plant-related health hazards;
  • Working knowledge of energy industry programs, policies, and practices.
