To mark the celebration of January as Zero Waste Month with the theme “Integrating Sustainability and Circularity into the Informal Waste Sector”, the Balingasag Power Station conducted a coastal clean-up in partnership with its Multipartite Monitoring Team along the adjacent coastal shores of Brgy. Mambayaan and Brgy. Mandangoa on January 24, 2025. Together, they collected 54 kilograms of plastic trash, making a measurable difference in the cleanliness of the coastal environment.
