BPS Leadership Development: Shaping Purpose-Driven Leaders

Dahilayan, February 14, 2025 — The HR Section proudly held its 2nd Leadership Training Workshop at Mt. Pines Spring Resort, Dahilayan, Bukidnon, gathering 33 key personnel—including Superintendents, Supervisors, Officers, and Senior Staff. Facilitated by Mr. Dixon Q. Yasay of DQY Consultancy, the two-day event focused on fostering a thriving workplace culture through the PERMA framework: Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment.

Participants engaged in activities like laughter yoga, gratitude exercises, and LEGO Serious Play, building self-awareness, team cohesion, and leadership skills. The workshop inspired a renewed commitment to cultivating engaged teams and positive environments.
